2. Subscription Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • Access to premium content will be automatically revoked at the end of your billing period
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the current billing period

3. Refund Eligibility

DashLearn offers refunds under the following circumstances:

  • 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of initial purchase if they are not satisfied with our service
  • Service Unavailability: If our service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription
  • Unauthorized Charges: If you discover charges that were not authorized by you

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Include your order ID or transaction ID in your request
  3. Our team will review your request within 3 business days

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Purchases

The following purchases are non-refundable:

  • Subscriptions active for more than 14 days (beyond our satisfaction guarantee period)
  • One-time purchases of digital content after the content has been accessed or downloaded
  • Subscriptions that have been canceled and then reactivated
